I am a friendly, no drama, Animal Science graduate who is looking for a clean, no drama person to share a 2 bedroom 1 bath halfplex in north Davis neighborhood, 1.7 miles from campus. This would be ideal for an Animal Science major or Vet Student.  The green belt is at the end of the street. The house is fully furnished.  Private furnished bedroom has a queen size bed with all linens, desk, dresser, 6 foot wide closet, large window and overhead light and fan.  All furniture can be removed if desired. The house has new heating, air conditioning, kitchen, windows, and slider.  It has a quiet private back yard with a bubbly fountain.  Rent includes wireless DSL, cable TV, phone, garbage, and water. You will be responsible for 1/2 share of the PG&E bill.  The indoor laundry room has a new washer and dryer.  Plenty of parking.  I have an indoor cat. No smoking, or drugs.

The rent is $650/month.  The room is available for the 2008-2009 school year.
